PLEASE CHECK FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AND BRING THIS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT - if you have not received an email confirmation, your booking has NOT been completed.

Remember to also check your junk mail in case your confirmation email has ended up there. If you continue to have problems, please phone us on 01573 228 098.

Some services like diagnostic imaging and surgical procedures can only be booked by speaking to our team first.
